At the field abattoir, the harvested game carcass’s head and feet are removed, eviscerated, tagged, and inspected by a Game meat examiner before being loaded into refrigerated trucks for transportation to the deboning facility in Mossel Bay, South Africa. Preserving the cold chain is paramount to ensuring the integrity of our high-quality products.
